The questions we are actually asked.
If the answer is not here, telephone us. We would rather have the conversation than have you guess.
I have forgotten my password.
Telephone +370 5 210 4400. We will confirm who you are and set a new password for you, which ends every existing session on the account. We cannot tell you your old password — it is stored as a one-way hash, so nobody here can read it.
Why is my payment showing as pending?
Payments out of the bank are released by your banker rather than automatically. Until that happens the request shows as pending and the money stays in your account. You can cancel a pending request yourself from the Payments screen.
How long does a payment take once it is approved?
Internal transfers between your own accounts are immediate on approval. Payments to another bank follow that institution's own timetable, which is usually the same working day for domestic transfers and one to three days internationally.
What is the difference between my balance and my available balance?
The balance is what is in the account. The available balance adds any agreed overdraft and subtracts nothing else — it is what you can actually spend. Pending card authorisations are shown in your history but do not change either figure until they settle.
I do not recognise a transaction.
Freeze the card from the Cards screen first — it takes one tap and is reversible — then telephone us. Do not wait to be certain: a frozen card can be unfrozen in a second, and a delayed report cannot be undone. See Security for the full sequence.
Can I have a statement for my accountant?
Yes. The Statements screen filters by account, date range and type, and exports either a CSV for spreadsheets or a printable PDF with a running balance on every line. Both carry the same filters you applied on screen.
How do I add someone to pay?
Payees are added from the Payees screen. Check the account details against something the payee sent you directly, not against an email asking you to change details you already hold — that request is one of the most common frauds we see.
Why has my account been restricted?
A restriction is usually a periodic review we are required to carry out, and the reason is shown at the top of your dashboard. You can still see everything; you cannot move money until it is lifted. Your relationship manager can tell you what is outstanding.
Still stuck?
